Why we use it and our lawful basis

We use your details for one core purpose: to match you with vetted local fencing installers who can provide a quote for your job. Our lawful basis is your consent (given when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in operating a quote-matching service.

Who we share it with

We share your quote request with one or more independent fencing installers in our network who cover your area, so they can contact you with a quote. We do not sell your data for unrelated marketing. Installers are expected to use your details only to quote and carry out your job.

How long we keep it

We retain quote requests for as long as needed to provide and improve the service and to meet legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights
